Contaminated fish oil in supplements ( not Shaklee)

I just wanted to pass this along. For those of you who already use Shaklee, I know you truly understand the peace of mind that Shaklee offers. Some of you have asked questions and wondered what's the big deal and this is a great example. When you choose Shaklee, stories like this won't concern you.

When Shaklee does this triple distillation process (below), they can detect dioxins the size of a grain of salt in a swimming pool. And, they will reject the batch. Why settle for less ( unless you want to be mentioned on GMA as toxic!

I'm sitting here this morning eating my Shaklee Meal Bar and drinking my Shaklee Green tea when I heard on Good Morning America that 10 of the leading fish oil supplements "on the market" (health food stores, GNC, Centrum, Solgaard, Nature Made, WalMart, WalGreens, etc) were contaminated with PCB pollution. then they went on to say _ PCB causes cancer, BUT if you need to take a fish oil supplement, then choose one with the LOWEST dosage of PCB......!!!!???



NOW - why do you suppose Shaklee went to the deep, clear blue waters off the shores of Japan to find the purest form of Omega 3 & 6 fatty acids? And then to insure our safety & purity, do a TRIPLE distillation process??



Then I hear people say, vitamins ( health food store) didn't help me any - in fact, I felt worse. ( WELL....)



Another thought - Maybe some of you were not aware that Shaklee had to go to NEW ZEALAND to find a herd of cattle that did not contain GMO. Every cow in America that they found contained GMO. So off they went to scour the world to find the purest ingredients for YOU, ME and our beloved families. Every one of our proteins state on the label - NON-GMO



People are not concerned about their health till they start to lose it - when you do not listen to your body, eventually your body does the "domino" effect - piece by piece the cells break down till finally you are hit with a degenerative disease.



Dr. Jamie stated at several of our conventions - "If the American people would JUST take the Vitalizer Daily Strip, we could save our government thousands of dollars every year in health care". I do not expect the government to take care of me - but there are people running to the doctors office constantly with this problem or that because they haven't done the right thing and took responsibility for their own health....and it's costing the tax payers plenty. When you get in your 70's, it might be too late- The time to prevent disease is when you are 20 years old- from that age on your body starts degenerating. SAD BUT TRUE.
