One of the things I talked about last month was very toxic. And being dramatic, I had a huge black caldron with a lot of well known household and personal care products on the table around it.Products that call to us from the shelves of the grocery, promising to clean our homes and clothes. How many of you have believed that and end up with a headache after "cleaning" the house? Oxymoron. As I babbled, I would put that container into the caldron and stir it.... It began to make sense to the different audiences how we have concoted our own " toxic brew" in our homes with the choices we make and the environment we live in. And it can affect our health...what is ingested, absorbed or breathed in...it's overtoxing our poor livers and you wonder why there is so much disease and health challenges. I talk about the food we eat and pull out a 7 year old, never refrigerated hamburger with the original wrapping from the golden arches! French fries too. If mold or bugs won't eat it, what makes us think it is feeding our cells? And how can any good nutrition get to our cells if we are so polluted inside. It's time to get rid of the toxins in our lives, detox our bodies and set goals to make the switch to products and foods that give life and help you to enjoy it.
