The Stealth Health Thief in Your Kitchen

In the world of short cuts and busy schedules, the microwave and all the packaged ( in plastic no less) foods were thought to be a great thing.  But when you really study how this technology heats or defrosts your food, and if you really want to focus on health, you might want to find some other ways to prepare food.

We don't use any prepackaged microwave meals. And if we do, then I put it in an iron skillet and heat it up.  Our microwave is either in the garage or out of the way so we can't have it easily accessible.( My husband heats up the butter for the popcorn and I heat some milk for my  occasional coffee, but that is it)                    I encourage you to start making simple changes to get away from this stealth health thief.

Microwaves heat food by causing water molecules in it to resonate at very high frequencies and eventually turn to steam which heats your food.  However, there is data to show that it is  causing a change in your food's chemical structure and can corrupt the DNA in your food so that the body doesn't recognize it.... and isn't food what builds your cells.   I did this experiment once with watering plants. ( no comment about how my plants don't live because they aren't watered...)  It looks okay in the first couple days but by the end of the second week, the plant had nothing to live on.

Don't you agree that we need to be informed so we can all  make safe choices for our families?  You can read the rest of the article from Mercola here.
