How Do You Know the Supplements You are Taking are Really SAFE?

Many  of us are taking some kind of vitamin supplement daily, and for good reason. Our family has been using them for over 30 years and along with a good diet and healthy choices, our immune systems ( and other systems in this miracle body) have continued to function well so we can enjoy life.  But we took time to research the company and there are even clinical studies published showing the safety and efficacy, not to mention that they WORK! It's what makes our company not only different, but RIGHT.  (gives me chills when I think about it too)

But what about all the other supplements out there on the shelves?  And how does one choose?  How does one know if they are truly safe as well?

DATELINE March 18, 2012.
Chris Hansen investigates the world of supplements, finding one whose toxic artifacts were filtered by pantyhose. Here’s the video:

Statement by the Council for Responsible Nutrition to Dateline NBC:
By law, every single bottle of dietary supplements sold should contain what is on the label. More than 150 million American take dietary supplements each year as part of their health regimens with little evidence of widespread adulteration or contamination of ingredients. We take seriously the allegations of fraudulent laboratory practices raise by this report, and urge FDA to use its ample legal authority to take legal action against the companies involved. Meanwhile, consumers should buy brands from companies they know and trust.

That's what this blog is all about.  SAFE TO LIVE. And that is why I am so passionate about sharing what I have found to be true and have been living it for 30 years.    Do the research yourself. A product is only as good as the company that produces it.
