Are you ready for Flu season? Don’t wait around for the bug to hit and put you down. Some of you opt for the flu vaccine, but that's another issue. PREVENTION is a key. Now is the time to act before it hits you or your family. Here are some ‘all natural’ easy steps for the "Defense" approach. 1. Wash your hands frequently, especially before you touch your face, eyes, nose mouth, and make sure all family members do the same. Use warm water and soap, make sure to rub vigorously for a minimum of 15 to 20 seconds.

6. Keep door knobs, (toilet) handles, computer keyboards, telephones, faucets clean. safe disinfect wipes
7. Remove shoes and boots before entering the house.
8. Wash and disinfect your dishes and utensils with hot soapy water or cycle through the dishwasher during flu season. We spray some Basic G in the dishwasher and also with the laundry to make sure those germies are done away with!!! Note: it's so economical and also registered with the EPA.
9. Move your body. Take a walk. Jump rope in the garage. Even if it's just for 5 minutes a day. Your body defenses need what ever little bit you can do.
10. Open a window and let some fresh air in. Even in the dead of winter, it's good to have some fresh air.
