Check out this lawsuit for Clorox Toilet Bowl Cleaner....the bottom line is that it could be harming the plumbing. Sure don't think that's safe for the toilet or anyones bottom. I'd be fumed too!

Overview Of The Proposed Settlement
Hartless v. Clorox Company, Case No. 06-CV-2705 CAB
" A proposed settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit about Clorox Automatic Toilet Bowl Cleaner with Bleach (CATBC) and Clorox’s claim that CATBC does not harm plumbing. Each package of Clorox Automatic Toilet Bowl Cleaner with Bleach ("CATBC" or "Drop-In Tablets") states that the toilet cleaner "does not harm plumbing." Plaintiff claims that this statement is deceptive. Plaintiff claims that the chemicals in the Drop-In Tablets corrode the toilet tank parts, in particular, causing the rubber and plastic parts to deteriorate until the flush mechanism fails or no longer seals properly. Plaintiff also claims that Clorox - based on its own tests - knew or should have known that the Drop-In Tablets would deteriorate the toilet tank parts, and yet sold the product by telling its customers that CATBC would not harm their plumbing. Clorox denies all wrongdoing and contends that CATBC is safe for plumbing when used as directed..."
So, what do we do to insure SAFETY in our our homes and still fight off those germies? Shaklee BASIC G of course.
I promise - Basic-G® Concentrated Germicide does not do this!!!

Tough on Germs
Bacteria, fungi, and viruses can wreak havoc on your family's health and safety. Used as directed, Basic-G tackles over 40 of these pesky microbes, including several animal viruses. That makes it an excellent choice for use in the kitchen, bathroom, or pet area. In addition to being economical - one quart makes up to 64 gallons - it's also EPA registered (Clorox is not)!
And it's easy on the earth as well!!!
