Here's the reality ( according to DrJones.tv)
Each day at least 3 personal-care products (PCP) are applied to the skin of of children and infants.
Women use an average of 13 PCP's and six or more cosmetics while men use 10. Many of the products are applied to the skin several times per day.
The average women applies over 515 chemicals to her face per day.
Many of our personal-care products contain carcinogens, "hidden carcinogens", allergens, hormone disruptors and damaging nano-particles. The ingredients found in PCPs and cosmetics haven't just been linked to cancer, but also infertility, birth defects and developmental disorders. YET:
"The National Cosmetology Association gives out more than 1 million cosmetics and personal-care products each year to about 30,000 breast cancer patients."
