They are called pods. laundry detergent and brightener all in one. Just throw it in. Come on, do we really need to entice moms this way to do the
laundry? Maybe it would be better as a coffee bean in a big Starbucks mug...
The Headline from ABC news tonight reads: Laundry Detergent Pods Poisoning Children
ARE YOU SERIOUS? So here I am on my soapbox again pleading with you moms and dads to ignore the plethora of marketing ploy and think about your children. My eyes burn just writing about this. The article told of an 18 month old who put one in his mouth and it burst ( kids put things in their mouths...especially bright things that look like candy or rattles or teething rings or toys) " He was rushed to the ER with severe nausea, vomiting and diarrhea." Probably had a lot more laundry after that too.
You can read the whole article yourself here.
My answer; Have your candy in a jar in the cupboard and GET RID OF THE TOXINS IN YOUR HOME. Period.
If you are ready to give Shaklee a try, now is a great time because they are giving you a FREE MEMBERSHIP ( $19.95 cost after May 31) with any purchase. CALL TO ACTION
1. Get a big trash bag and go through the house and put ALL your cleaning products in them. Put in garage.
2. Switch to Get Clean by Shaklee. For $99 you will replace them all and it is equivalent to spending $3000 at the store for who knows what stuff.
or at least the Get Clean Laundry Packet.
